Special Chemical ingredients for different Chemical non-food production markets: Automotive, Inks, Agricultural, Medical, oil and gas, metalworking, wood production and etc.
We are looking for an active, with a direct sales experience person who has a high level of self-confidence, self-motivation, pro-active, can do person, ready to work alone on a big territory.
Reports to: The ASM Russia and CIS will report to Sales Manager in European Head office
Location: Moscow, home office with 60% of business trips
Engineering or Chemical degree is a must!
Geografical Area is Russia, staring from Moscow and 60% of working time on business trips
Clients are non- food production plants.
We are looking for the candidates with the following experience:
Sales leadership experience, negotiating large contracts/deals within the Russian and CIS market
Engineering industry experience; this candidate must know the companies and have contacts within the market
Finally; non- food, production industries, productions
Direct Sales, cold calling, clients frequent visits
Develop and implement the strategic business plan for the region
Achieve the agreed Sales, Order and Ship Profit annual plans.
Review and revise sales structure as required to meet the sales strategy, realign resources to support growth areas
Establish strong strategic relationships at the highest level within major end users and influence decision makers and demonstrate the value proposition.
Identify potential business expansion opportunities in the region
Lead or participate in the negotiation of significant commercial agreements with customers.
Supervise customer proposal development. Review and approve cost estimates and complex commercial issue evaluations (risk, bonus/penalty, liquidated damages escalation etc). Review and approve value-based prices and associated profit level recommendations. Obtain executive management approval, as necessary.
Review performance periodically and as dictated by the company performance appraisal programme.
Ensure compliance with the company policy, business unit policy, safety and quality programme requirements.
Produce forecasts, weekly and monthly reports as required in a timely manner
Ensure technical knowledge and understanding of available products, systems and services is maintained at the highest level.

Extensive knowledge of local customs, laws and regulations.
Will have sold industrial or chemical products and solutions, ideally including into the region, preferably chemical industrial engineering products.
Knowledge of the selling processes within the region
Will have held positions in technical sales, project management and/or product management.
Bachelors in an engineering or chemistry, business discipline, MBA preferred.
